How quickly can I start after enrolling?
Access is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your login details so you can begin straight away.
Can I take the same practice test more than once?
Yes – there’s no limit on the number of times you can retake a practice test, so you can keep working until you’re confident.
Can I print the study materials?
Our materials are designed for digital use and aren’t available in printable format.
Writing & Speaking Practice
How do I submit my writing for correction?
We recommend typing your responses directly, as this best reflects the real test format. If typing isn’t possible, you can scan your handwritten work and send it to us for review.
How does speaking test practice work?
You’ll listen to recorded prompts and upload your spoken responses through your student login. One of our trainers will review your submission and provide a grade along with feedback.
Payments & Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are only issued if you experience technical difficulties accessing your course. We don’t offer refunds for a change of mind, so please review the course details carefully before enrolling.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and bank transfer.
Do you offer discounts for group bookings or referrals?
Yes — group bookings of 4 or more students receive a 5% discount. Email us at info@proenglishtestmasters.com to arrange a group enrolment.

What’s the difference between one-on-one coaching and group sessions?
One-on-one coaching is fully personalised to your pace, goals and weak areas, while group sessions offer a more affordable, collaborative environment where you can learn alongside other candidates preparing for the same test.
How long do I have access to the course materials?
Access duration depends on the course you purchase. Visit our Courses page for details specific to each package.
Do you offer in-person classes, or is everything online?
We offer online self-paced study and live online coaching, with in-person sessions available on request. Email us at info@proenglishtestmasters.com to enquire about in-person classes in your area.
Can I switch between course formats (e.g. from self-paced to one-on-one) after I’ve started?

Are your trainers certified?
Yes — our trainers hold relevant teaching certifications such as Cambridge CELTA/TESOL, and for OET, bring real clinical experience from the medical and disability sectors.
Do you guarantee a certain score?
We don’t guarantee specific scores, as results depend on individual effort and starting level, but our structured coaching and practice tests are designed to help you reach your target score as efficiently as possible.
